IMPORTANT MESSAGE

Following my move to South Carolina in 2014, I maintained my Arizona real estate license for a while, but have since given it up, along with my membership in the Arizona REALTOR® associations that I belonged to, effective December 29, 2016.

I am now only licensed in South Carolina, and live and work just south of Charlotte, NC.  My primary REALTOR® association membership is with the North Carolina Association of Realtors® and my secondary membership is with South Carolina Realtors®.  I also belong to the Canopy Realtor Association and Canopy MLS. And, of course, I maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors®.

Please note that although I am licensed in South Carolina, I can still help you with your real estate needs anywhere in the country through a great referral network. That, of course, includes Arizona, where I can help you with your Arizona real estate needs by referring you to one of my former fabulous Arizona Best colleagues. Please contact me when you want me to introduce you to a great agent.

Thank you to all who have entrusted me with your Arizona real estate needs over so many years. I am honored that you put your faith in me and allowed me the privilege of serving you. I cherish your friendship and look forward to maintaining that friendship. Please keep in touch!

Designations & Certifications

Not every real estate agent is a REALTOR®. REALTORS® are members of the National Association of REALTORS® and must commit to following the NAR’s strict Code of Ethics. The term REALTOR® has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations. No inducement of profit and no instruction from clients ever can justify departure from this ideal.

The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.  This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

The objective in offering the Certified Military Residential Specialist Program is to provide a platform whereby Real Estate Professionals can be trained and equipped to handle with excellence the home purchase needs of active duty and former military clients.

An agent who carries the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation has been trained in advanced professional negotiation skills and knows how to use leading edge negotiation practices and techniques. A CNE professional is able to handle real estate negotiations with superior skill and excellence.

An e-PRO is a REALTOR® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line. In this fast-paced age, technology has become a necessity. An e-PRO is someone who has recognized and responded to the needs of the new consumer.

Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good skills to have in today’s market—they are critical. SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) Certification is given to real estate professionals who have recognized the challenges of the current market and have learned the skills necessary to serve as a knowledgeable resource for both sellers and buyers.
